ASC E-COACHING AND TUTORING SERVICE
Welcome
ASC is pleased to announce the formal launching of our E-COACHING AND TUTORING SERVICE.
This is the first such initiative in the ISSF Shooting Sports using the internet and professional E-learning software to deliver coach education and tutoring in the Rifle and Pistol event's for the benefit of all ASC Member Federations, their coaches and shooters.
The service is being started on 1st March 2010 by Mr. Anton Belak (SVK), a well-known, successful and widely respected world class rifle coach over the last 20 years.
From 1st November 2012 is being started also Pistol Section delivered by Mr. Vladimir Galiabovitch (AUS), a pistol coach that has been working successfully with former USSR, Belarus, Australia and Iran National Teams.
The service is provided on two levels – the basic level accessible to all after registration via the ASC www link. The second and a more advanced, password protected, level (incorporating e-tutoring) that will be accessible only through your National Federation (limited to ASC member Federations only) who will make an application to ASC for the necessary registration and password.
In addition to the articles and advice contained in both levels of the service, Mr. Belak and Mr. Galiabovitch will be hosting regular programmed e-tutoring coaching sessions with registered coaches using the internet. This interactive service will allow in-depth analysis of techniques and supporting skills to enable coaches to develop their shooters into world-class and medal winning performers.
ASC fully supports this radical initiative and encourages all National Federations to take advantage of the service provided and to submit their nominations to ASC. Places will be strictly limited on ‘a first come, first served’ basis across as many Federations who wish to participate.
The ASC Executive Committee will be carefully monitoring the initiative over the coming months under the guidance of a supervisory technical panel. It is intended, if all goes well, that the service will be expanded in the future to other events and disciplines.
ASC therefore welcomes your comments and feedback via HQ ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ).
Interested coaches are asked to apply directly to their National Federation for endorsement and registration with ASC.
